Why set up an appointment?

     It is extremely important for you to get a first-hand impression of the person who will be your representative in court.  Whether you decide to contact me or any other attorney, I strongly encourage you to insist on a face-to-face consultation with the lawyer who will be handling your case before deciding on representation.

        For planning purposes, you should expect the average consultation with any attorney to last between 30 minutes to one hour.  More importantly, however, your consultation should last as long as it takes to answer all of your questions and make sure you understand all of your rights and options.  This is the kind of consultation I offer at no cost to you.
